Mr. Dada has been in the mergers and acquisition industry since 1985. He has been a resident of Washington since 1991, working earlier in California and Texas. Prior to joining Concord Ventures in August of 2001, Mr. Dada worked for five years as an independent associate with Business Exchange Center; a Bellevue based M&A company. Mr. Dada has extensive experience in marketing and re-capitalization of manufacturing, service, and distribution companies. Over the years, Mr. Dada has been involved in the sale of machining and fabrication facilities, an environmental laboratory, cabinet and countertop manufacturing, computer assembly and distribution, store fixture manufacturing and distribution, employment agencies, food processing, cable harnessing, metal finishing, auto body repair, mechanical contractors, janitorial service, printing, sign and display manufacturing, freight forwarding, transportation and trucking services, and numerous other types of companies. Mr. Fellows has 26 years of merger and acquisition experience as the CFO for several companies including two well known Washington based organizations, Pioneer Human Services and Northwest Center. His business experience is broad, including business acquisition and sales, start-ups, distressed sales and turnaround activities in the manufacturing, service, distribution, and retail. Mr. Fellows’ financing experience includes both debt financing for business acquisitions and venture capital transactions for start-ups. His professional approach has enabled him to close numerous transactions to the benefit of our clients. Mr. Beisheim is a certified business valuations expert. Prior to joining Concord Ventures, he worked as CFO for companies in a variety of industries including high tech semi-conductor companies, shelving distributors, home and industrial security control manufacturers, government contractors, telecommunications companies, and professional services organizations. He also owned and managed a freight logistics company. Mr Beisheim brings to the Concord Ventures team not only valuation ability, but a wealth of M&A industry experience involving companies that have been bought, sold, spun off or otherwise divested, both in large publicly traded companies like Ingersoll-Rand, Lucas Aerospace, and General Signal and in small, closely held businesses and partnerships. Mr. Beisheim received his BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and is a CPA. Since then he has added the CVA (Certified Valuations Analyst). Mr. Beisheim is a current member of AICPA (American Institute of CPA’s), WSCPA (WA Society of CPA’s), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA.) Prior to joining Concord Ventures in 2008, Mr. Kim was the SBA Lending representative for Banco Popular’s Northwest Region where he specialized in acquisition financing. He has also worked for Morgan Stanley as an investment broker. With more than five years of business lending experience, Mr. Kim uses his experience and expertise to structure, consult, and advise business owners who are considering an exit plan. Mr. Kim is well qualified to structure a transaction with which financing can be done. Mr. Kim earned his B.A. in Economics and Japanese from the University of Notre Dame, and uses a blend of education, experience, and professionalism to bring results to his clients. Ms. Rowley closely assists company president Salim Dada. She organizes and maintains the calendar of appointments and company contact database and also conducts market research for the company. Ms. Yurdin researches and writes comprehensive marketing packets for our clients and assists in marketing the company. Prior to joining Concord Ventures, she was a legal assistant in a law firm noted for its merger and acquisition services. Her background includes work as a copywriter, journalist, technical writer, researcher, web designer, and small business partner. She holds a BA in English from New School University, New York, NY. Mr. Wolford has been facilitating and financing business acquisitions and mergers since 1997. The vast majority of these transactions involved companies that were closely held and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. In almost all cases, the sellers received the maximum cash at closing through Mr. Wolford’s work obtaining high-quality financing for the buyer. His intimate knowledge of financing criteria enables him to assist sellers to prepare for an optimal transaction, in terms of both valuation and upfront cash. Mr. Wolford has assisted sellers of manufacturing companies, professional practices, retail businesses, and service entities. These transactions have included management buyouts as well as third party acquisitions. Both asset and stock sales have been facilitated and have included all classes of assets. Mr. Wolford is a native of Eastern Washington who has resided and worked on both sides of the Cascades. He holds a BS in Economics and an MA in Applied Economics from Montana State University. Mr. Briggs has varied national and international investment experience. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Briggs led a highly successful group for Sumitomo Corporation of America, assisting the the Japanese banking conglomerate with numerous strategic acquisitions, both nationally and internationally. One of his projects allowed Sumitomo to profit from the growth in the California construction industry. Mr. Briggs helped acquire a door and trim manufacturer in Sacramento, followed by sawmills in Mexico and Ecuador to provide raw materials, with success all along the way. Desiring to be more hands-on, Mr. Briggs left Sumitomo to work on a more local scale. In 2002, he purchased a well known sign company in Seattle, which he ran personally, dramatically improving the sales and profitability prior to successfully selling it. He holds a BA in Economics and History from Linfield College, McMinnville, Oregon. Mr. Briggs currently resides in Davis and represents Concord Ventures in California. Mr. Ruzicka represents Concord Ventures in Southern California. Stan has been in the M&A industry since 1989 and has sold numerous manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and retail companies.
